RUSTIC MEAT PIE
- 250g beef
- 5g oil
- 1 onion
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 50g ham
- Grated parmesan cheese
- White wine
Start by grinding the meat using the Smeg multi-food grinder accessory, and set aside.
Sauté the onion with a drizzle of oil, and when golden brown, add the meat and cook on a low heat.
When the meat is almost cooked, add the wine and salt and continue cooking.
Roll out the pastry onto a baking tray with high sides, lightly prick the base and season.
Add the ham, cooked meat and parmesan cheese in layers.
Cover and decorate with strips of pastry.
Bake at 220°C for around 30 mins.
