Pear ginger tea

Ginger is effective for relieving coughs and chills. Pears also contain luteolin which is effective for bronchial disease, phlegm and coughing. When you cough, fight it with pear ginger tea. 

Ingredients:

> 1/2 Pear

> 150ml of water

> 1 tablespoon of honey

Method:

  1. Pears can be juiced without removing the skin.
  2. While pear is juicing, place water, ginger and honey together in a pan on the hob and bring to the boil. After a few minutes, filter them through a strainer and leave to cool.
  3. Mix extracted pear with the prepared ingredients.

Suggestion: Immerse the ginger in lukewarm water first if you prefer a less spicy flavor.
