MIMOSA COCKTAIL

Ingredients:

1 bottle chilled dry sparkling wine (like prosecco), 2 chilled oranges

Method:

  1. Juice the oranges with the Smeg juicer.
  2. Fill four champagne flutes 1/2 full with chilled dry sparkling wine.
  3. Fill the remainder of the glass with the freshly squeezed chilled orange juice.
