Fruit ice-cream

Ingredients:

> 200ml of fruit juice

> 50g of whipped cream

> a little bit of honey

Method:

  1. Extract the fruits you want (fruits that work well include: peaches, apricots, apples, bananas, citrus fruits, mixed berries and melons)
  2. Mix the extracted juice with whipped cream and freeze it.
  3. Add honey to sweeten the juice.
  4. For softer ice cream mix up/scratch with a fork once every couple of hours.

Suggestion: for a lower calorie version, mix it with plain yogurt instead of whipped cream.
