> 200ml of fruit juice
> 50g of whipped cream
> a little bit of honey
- Extract the fruits you want (fruits that work well include: peaches, apricots, apples, bananas, citrus fruits, mixed berries and melons)
- Mix the extracted juice with whipped cream and freeze it.
- Add honey to sweeten the juice.
- For softer ice cream mix up/scratch with a fork once every couple of hours.
Suggestion: for a lower calorie version, mix it with plain yogurt instead of whipped cream.
