CONQUERING EUROPE WITH HOMETTA
It's a few months since we told you about Hometta, the mobile home from the design on board+ collective that was preparing for a six month adventure across Europe, dedicated to the arts, design and Made in Italy experiences.
The latest news is that Hometta's journey has finally begun, and, as promised, we are following it closely!
So we've left Italy, more precisely the Punta dell'Est beach on the Milan Idroscalo Lake, where the Hometta Party was held on 22 June: a leaving party between nature and sun, during which the guests were able to climb aboard Hometta and appreciate the clean and functional design first-hand, perfectly summarised by the FAB10 which is shown off beautifully in the living area.
After this good luck party, Hometta left and headed for the border, in the direction of the first stop-over, Munich. Having reached an incredibly rainy Germany on 30 June, the residents of Hometta spent their week in Munich immersed in urbanism and design, meeting architects, artists and designers and enthusiastically experiencing the blend of different styles, cultures and cooking... without however renouncing the typically local custom of coffee shops:
With the stay in Munich completed successfully, Hometta's wheels were put in motion once more, this time towards the German capital, where it arrived 5 July. The journey is long and the destinations are many: come back in a month for the next instalment!
